Cloud Computing Comes to Political Campaigns

I received a very interesting email from ElectionMall.com announcing a strategic relationship with Microsoft involving campaign software called Campaign Cloud.

The program deals with creating virtually everything a political campaign needs to use and manage all of today's social media tools. The wrinkle is that it's "cloud" based.

Campaign Cloud provides a dashboard with a single log-in that lets the user manage a Web presence; analytics; multiple accounts; an SNS manager to handle Twitter, Facebook and YouTube; fundraising software; email, phone, fax and texting; delegating tasks; calendar scheduling; and more.
