Don't Miss Out on Free Registration for CES 2011

Written by Mark Howland on . Posted in Internet Technologies

CES-LogoIt's that time of the year again: 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show registration. Yes, the online registration has been up for a little while, but I've been deserted on an island for the past few months. I've finally been rescued and made the Sept. 30 deadline to register for free and I thought I'd mention it.

Here are the basic details for registration and what to expect:

Dates of Registration:

  • By Sept. 30th - $0
  • 5 p.m. EST, Oct. 1st to Dec. 31 - $100
  • 5:01 p.m. EST, Dec. 31 to on site - $200

Types of Registration:

  • Alumni attendee
  • Attendee
  • Press and/or industry analyst
  • Exhibitor
  • International delegation leader

There are specific guidelines that are required for each registration category. For instance, if you are a blogger (what I was accepted for; yes, I suck at blogging but that's not the point), you're required to be blogging on a site for a certain length of time, and though it's not required but strongly recrommended, post two links to two of your posts.

For all CES 2011 information and info regarding signing up, visit the homepage at www.cesweb.org.

For registration, visit www.cesweb.org/register.

Make sure to look for me, Ill be there!
